Last year saw significant regeneration opportunities and development progress across Kent, particularly in the growth areas of Thames Gateway Kent and Ashford and the coastal towns and East Kent. This section of the report provides an update on the progress of key projects over the past twelve months and a glimpse into the future. It also features snapshots of a number of key regeneration successes achieved through close partnership working between Kent County Council, district councils, delivery vehicles and other agencies such as SEEDA and English Partnerships.
